What happens after a refund
- Refunds are paid back through the payment provider used for the purchase.
- When the refund is confirmed, the license key bought with that order is deactivated.
- For a renewal, the time added by that renewal is removed.
Chargebacks
If a payment is reversed through your bank or payment provider, the license key bought with it is deactivated.
